The hotel offers clean, comfy rooms but would benefit from an upgrade. The service is incredibly helpful, making the stay convenient. The location is exceptional, overlooking the beautiful harbour. Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though in need of renovation, were clean and had great maid service. Unfortunately, the lack of fly nets on the balcony doors led to a mosquito issue at night. The service, especially from Adam and William at the reception and Tatty in the bar, was exceptional. The location was convenient for exploring Kos Island but lacked a bit of the traditional Greek island charm. Dining was average with limited options. Overall, a decent stay with both highlights and drawbacks.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean but in need of updates, with some outdated elements. The partial harbor view was lovely for relaxing with a drink, but breakfast could get crowded. The big balconies were a plus, though we didn't get to enjoy them.
